2020 was an extraordinarily catastrophic year by any measure. It was a year of a global pandemic, a global recession, unprecedented government actions, turbulent elections, and deeply felt social and racial injustice that further have divided our society. It was a year in which each of us faced difficult personal challenges, and a staggering number of us lost loved ones. It was also a year when those among us with less were disproportionately hurt by joblessness and poverty.  It was also a time when companies discovered what they really were and, sometimes, what they might become.

Navisyo was born in the midst of this catastrophe on April 23, 2020 in yet after just a little over a year since its inception we are only weeks away from publicly launching our offers to the travelers.

One important lesson we’ve all learned here at Navisyo from the COVID-19 crisis is how important our concept will become to our customers, investors, and ambassadors. We want you to know we take this responsibility seriously, and we are proud of the work our team is doing to make our vision a reality especially through this difficult time. The entire Navisyo team is working around the clock to get as many boat owners on our site and while these offers are not yet published online, they are in the system and more offers are being entered every day behind the scenes. The demand we are seeing from both the travelers and the boat owners  have been and remain high. But unlike a predictable holiday surge, this spike of last minute bookings is occurring with little warning to the boat owners, creating major challenges for our onboarding team on site who is working around this spike to get each and every boat owners on Navisyo’s site with the right offers. We are quickly prioritizing those boat owners and those companies that have available inventory and meet our standards.

Crucially, while providing these essential services for all boat owners, we are focused on launching as we had scheduled to the travelers with plenty of offers this summers 2021. But in the meantime, we will be launching social media campaigns offering all travelers who pre-register special discount vouchers on their first booking.

While we will continuously work towards longer-term solutions, we are also committed to our mission and we are steadfast in maintaining our standards, all in line with our vision.

On another note, I would like to thank all of our investors, Founding Members, supporters from around the world for their support. I also would like to remind everyone that our Wefunder crowdfunding campaign will soon come to a close this coming October 2021.

So far we are closing in on $600,000 raised this 2021. Over 820 investors from 36 countries around the world have backed our project so public validation was achieved. I would also like to remind everyone that we are licensed by the SEC US Government to raise up to $5,000,000 this year and all of our investors on Wefunder are offered an insurance policy backed by AXA, the second largest insurance company in the world.

Beyond COVID

Although these are incredibly difficult times, they are an important reminder that what we do as a company can make a big difference in people’s lives. The boat owners and all others supporting this project are counting on us to be there, to deliver and to see to it that we will be there to stay. With our scale and ability to innovate quickly, Navisyo can make a positive impact and be an organizing force for progress.

For now, we will continue to be focused on COVID-19 and how Navisyo can help while we’re in the middle of it. I am extremely grateful to my fellow Navisyo team members for all the grit and ingenuity they are showing as we move through this. You can count on all of us to look beyond the immediate crisis for insights and lessons and how to apply them going forward.

Reflect on one of my old time favorite quotes:

“He who endures conquers”. When something bad happens you can either let it define you or let it drive you to success.

Sincerely,

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
